Keeping 2 Lumia phones in sync

I have a Nokia Lumia 930 and a Lumia 920 (which I use for travel). Is there a way to keep the 2 phones in sync? E.g. If I change the wallpaper in the Lumia 930, it should automatically change in the 920 or if an app is installed in the 930, it should be automatically installed in the 920.
