Is anyone else having a hard time getting the Kindle app to span with a page on each screen? I'm only able to get one page across both displays.

You have to enable two columns. With a book open, tap in the middle of the page and select the Aa button. You will find the title under that menu.

It's almost as if the app does a quick update after it opens. I opened it, then closed it. Next time opening it, it was fine

Kindle screen spanning is awesome but i am used to reading on a single screen and continue to do so to help conserve battery. For me the single Duo screen reminds me of the early generation Notes before they went tall/narrow.

Cheers,
BR

The trick is to drag the Kindle app to the hinge and hold it for a few seconds until it snaps. You'll know when the white edge around the entire screen "flashes".
