• The titles have skipped Xbox One in the past.
• Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 and 2.5 ReMix just appeared on the Microsoft Store.
• It's Xbox One X Enhanced and has a tentative release date of February 18.

At X019, Microsoft and Square Enix announced that the critically-acclaimed Kingdom Hearts games were coming to Xbox One in 2020. While we haven't heard much since then, Twitter user "WalkingCat" just posted a link to the Microsoft Store page for "Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 and 2.5 ReMix."
