Was trying to rollback to 8.1 on my L1520 running 10080 however no machine can recognize my phone anymore (2 on 8.1 Pro and 2 on 10 Preview). The phone detects the connection as it prompts for me to hit yes for the data connection and it charges. Tried 3 different cables (Nokia, Amazon Basic and a generic) - no avail. Below are the screenshots from the recovery tool after doing a hard reset.
