L1520, why does charging take forever with blinking 'plug' icon next to battery icon?

L1520 Charging takes forever with blinking 'plug' icon next to Battery icon.

I did a hard reset on my 1520 and reinstalled Build 10149 after there was a problem, which I solved by doing the reset, but now charging it takes a year and a half to complete (5 hours remaining on 50%) and the charging icon keeps blinking?

You might want to consider another hard reset... Try another soft reset first
