L520: Bricked. How can I fix it?

L520: Bricked. HELP

I installed the WP10 preview, was laggy, wanted to go back to 8.1 . Used the Lumia recovery software, got the red screen, was installing when the installation stalled. Now my phone doesn't get recognized by my laptop and it doesn't switch on.
Is it time?
