[L520] Phone keeps restarting?

Hi, i was updating my phone, lumia 520, from cyan to denim update, the process was going on, it downloaded the files then the phone restarted, first logo, nokia logo then shows the classical image for updating and the bar of progress but after a while (without showing progress on the bar) it restarts, and then all over again. it does the same every time until the battery is down. When i connect the phone to the charger or to a PC it automatically turns on and does the same.
I have tried to do soft reset, and hard reset, but the phone is unresponsive i dont know what to do.
Hope someone could tell what can do, if it can be recover or not.

Try it without the SIM inside the phone. Some old SIM cards can do weird stuff to the phone.

Already tried that.. and i am supposed to see the exclamation mark but it never shows up

Try to use Lumia recovery tool. It should fix it

Tried that also. It does not recognize the phone, as soon as i connect the phone to the pc, it turns on and shows the nokia logo then starts to update and after a while it restarts and does the same again.

Does your phone have an SD card in it?
If so remove it and retry.

Also to update it's best to have about 2 gig overhead left in the phones mass memory.

Take out the battery.
Run the Lumia recovery tool
Replace battery (do not turn on phone)
Plug usb back into phone.
As soon as the tool sees your phone run it straight away don't bother with pin insertion or unlocking the screen. Let the recovery tool do its job.

Sorry but no. It does not have the sim nor the sd car in. As i said, as soon as i plug the usb it turns on and does all that i already said, even if try to reboot it, it does not respond to the comands to do it (power button + volume down)
