L810 On/Hold button issues.

I have a Lumia 810 that has issues with its hold button, for some reason it stopped working and I can no longer use it for anything. I thought it was the back case but when I use a pen or something small to hit the button it doesn't work and I've tried a reset and that also didn't work. Anyone have this issue?

If a hard reset does not fix this issue its probable hardware related and you have to send it for repair.
