L920 internal memory corrupt?

Was trying to save some photos from skydrive today, got endless "saving...". After it can't sync files using WP sync app for Desktop/ModernUI, when trying to copy files using MTP always get "device was removed".
Is there any way to check internal memory for errors? I don't really want to make factory reset.

You didn't mention that you rebooted your device. So, maybe try that first.

Rebooted several times, no results. Seems like internal memory's filesystem got corrupted. I think it's because of my notebook that I used to copy all my data in MTP mode. It has some problems with USB.
I haven't found anything in Google so I've just did a factory reset and then synced everything with WP8 Desktop app. Worked like a charm.
