[L928] Not turning off?

Hey guys, when I power down my 928 after the 8.1 update (still charging) it says goodbye, then immediately powers back on. Is this normal?
 
Yes, it is normal. As long as you have the power cord or are connected to computer, the phone will not power down.

There is no problem.
