I know I've documented my woes with XBOX Music (http://forums.windowscentral.com/xbox-music/225079-xbox-music-6-months-later.html )...I've been battling a problem listed in my post on my Nokia 928 that keeps getting worse. When listening to music I've copied to my phone, when changing songs, it takes 3-6 seconds for the album art to completely center on the screen. The next song will play but it doesn't finishing "swiping" for 3-6 seconds. Very frustrating. I've rebooted phone, deleted temporary files...nothing resolves this. This is enough to drive me back to Spotify. :(

Any suggestions?

This problem is about Lumia 928, kindly post this problem once in the LUMIA 928 section.
I too have the problem of facing a small lag while changing the song..

You are assuming its a phone issue and not a software one. Garak has been around a lot longer than you. He knows where to put things..

I had this issue on the 920 from time to time but my 928 doesn't seem to "get over it." :(

I've encountered the same problems on my 920. I think it will be fixed with GDR2, because I was using a 520 with GDR2 the other day and the stock music app worked much more efficiently.

Good...I'm hopeful then. Still, there is a laundry list of problem they need to fix up and soon!

Yeah got the same problems on my 920. GDR2 does come with an Xbox music improvement so I'm hopeful!

I have this problem as well, and I have an HTC 8x. It's definitely a WP bug and not a Nokia-specific bug. Good to hear that GDR2 might fix this.

Agreed. Although for a heavy music listener like myself, the fact that they are fixing some of the Xbox music functionality is huge!
