Laptop screen glitches and right side scrolls?

I downloaded windows 10. The first day everything was fine. The second day my dell laptop screen starts glitching, then a short time later my screen has two approx. 1.5" strips show on the right side of my screen. One strip scrolls continuous and the other is a stange color and fixed. The remaining portion of the screen turns very blurry. Any ideas?
