Fhotoroom is a popular Windows Phone photography app with social network and photo editor functionality, as well as camera support to boot. Fhotoroom can be used as a standalone app or you can register to share your photos with other Fhotoroom members. The Fhotoroom photo editor covers the basics, including filters and frame, providing some degree of choice to the user.
