LCD screen ripples on new DELL laptop.

I bought new Dell 7566 Gaming laptop, it is LCD backlit panel. The problem is whenever i close or open my lid, ripples are created on the screen( generally the same as when someone would touch the screen) even a slight movement of back and forth will cause them to come back. There are no ripples when screen is not moving. So i am wondering if this will cause long term damage and should i get it replaced?
I have 7 days for replacement then i will have to send in for warranty and i bought the laptop on 24 Aug. Please Check the video in the comment
