Limited Wi-Fi settings on L925 but not L920

Interesting phenomenon: My wife has a new setting in the mobile & SIM settings where the phone can use cellular data when the Wi-Fi signal is limited.

This wasn't there until the update to Lumia cyan. I got cyan today and wanted to set this up on my phone but it doesn't exist on my Lumia 920.

Has anyone else noticed this yet?

My experience is quite to the contrary. Our WiFi at home is a bit sketchy at times, and depending on where I am, it will simply be stuck trying to load a website or can't connect to xbox when I want to play a game.

The WiFi is connected 100%, but it just doesn't work until I get closer to the router again. That's when I've normally gone and switched WiFi off, and it works brilliantly on mobile data.

So I was quite happy to see this on my wife's 925 when she got Cyan about 3 or 4 weeks ago and was looking forward to getting it on my 920, but alas, it is not there....

I have L1520 on 8.1 and L920 on 8.0

First picture = L1520 on 8.1
Second picture = L920 on 8.0

Also, I am having wifi issues with L1520 even though both are side by side on same wifi. L1520 just refused to connect to my office wifi.
