List of issues I am facing in Lumia 720

Hi,
I am facing following problems in Nokia Lumia 720.
1. Phone is getting RESTART when tries to switch OFF if mobile is getting charged
2. While playing music some times eventhough it displays volume is inscrasing or decreasing, actual sound is not getting controlled.
3. Phone is frequently gets hanged. This will be observed after installing five to six new applications.
4. No zoom option, while recording the videos.

Phone is working fine without hanging, if factory reset is done and new applications are not installed in it.

1. This is a known problem with wp8 which is reportedly resolved in GDR3.
2. Never had this problem so far. Try a soft reset. Also try with a different headset.
3. Again, try soft reset (not factory reset).
4. U cannot zoom once the recording is started.

U can do the zooming while recording a video with the nokia pro cam, if u r running gdr2. And after Lumia black update, the Nokia camera could do it. 2.Same problem for me,and my mates,having lumia phones,Dont worry,some software problem,soon it will be resolved
3.It hangs for me as well,I came to know the reason,its bcoz of my Finger tip toucing the corner of the screen,which i didnt notice,so ur screen doesnt respond wen u touch it wid ur thumb(ur actual using hand),and one more issue is,after i talk on phone,der is some sweat on the screen,wipe it off,den it will work(Source:My experience)
