Live Tiles not uptading issues

For some time my Lumia 950XL is experiencing the following odd behavior. Every time I install a system update I have to follow it with phone reset because otherwise the live tiles of some applications aren't updated unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. The affected applications are: Facebook (by Facebook inc), Microsoft News, Windows Central, myTube, Microsoft Weather, Accuweather.

After I do a phone reset all those applications update their live tiles even when I'm on cellular data.

I wander if feature2 branch will fix this problem too.

Live Tiles are a one big HUGE joke. Essentially, they won't never ever work. Nobody can get them working properly. Sad, but true. Period. You can struggle with them endlessly. And nobody cares anyway any more. Too bad.
