Living images not working

On my 640xl am using 10586.456 build. Living images are not working. Today i even hard reset my phone but still unable to capture living images . It worked on windows8.1 but not now. Any workaround for it?

I have turned it on but still when i click pictures they are just normal steady ones

I remember reading that living images only come on when there was actually some motion in the shot. If there isn't a lot of motion in the shot, living images would be off. Try with a scene where there's a lot of movement
