lock screen photos after the amber update

I noticed that after the amber update in my lumia 820, some of the photos in backgrounds album (can be seen when changing your lock screen background) are gone or replaced by other pictures. This is the case, some of the new photos in the backgrounds' album are not working..

Are the pictures you formerly used not working, or are only new pictures not working?

Where are they from? Are they from networked places like Facebook or Skydrive?
My pics from Facebook stay static if I don't have a data/wifi connection to change them.

The pictures from the background. When you go to settings>lock screen, choose your lock screen background to photo, now select the backgrounds album as you choose pics from that album you'll notice that some of them are not working.
