Lock screen

When ever I go to settings and try to change the lock screen on my HTC one for windows it sets the lock screen to default. If i try to choose "Bing," "tumblr" or anything it always just puts the factory lock screen up. Only if I select "photo" can I change the lock screen in settings? Anyone have this issue?

On a side note, apps like "live lock screen" will change the lock screen if activates in the app, but that doesn't go through the settings menu.

Yes, I had this problem but connect to Wi-Fi and wait for 5-10 minutes to update the lock screen.

Also, make sure the image being imported in question is not PNG format. The phone does not support PNG photos as lockscreens much like Lumia phones in early 8.0.
