Locked for security reasons

Why this is happening again and again? I just kept my phone plugged in for whole night and after using for few minutes it got locked again.
I'm tired of this!

Which phone? Some models have phantom screen issue. Make sure no other phone or stuff is covering the phone screen. Best to disable pan to zoom feature also.

I have self typing screen issue on 535 a well known issue for the first batch.

Try logging to the Microsoft account attached to the phone via a pc/laptop and try to over ride it that way?
