Long Presses

I have moved over from Android and IOS and like Windows Phone 8 thus far. Same complaint as most with the lack of apps but it does get better every day. My biggest complaint is the lack of "long press" choices. For example from either the messaging or phone history, you should be apple to long press a text message or missed call and have the choice to call the person, text the person etc. When you long press either in Windows 8 the only choice you are given is to delete. Maybe I overused this ability with Android but I sure do miss it.

If you are in a message, just touch the name of the person shortly and you'll get to the contact.

The same in missed calls, instead of a long press a short one will do. It's exactly the same amount of 'clicks' without the waiting time, if I get what you mean correctly. Also, when you miss a call and just want to call back, touch onto the little phone left to the name of the missed person.
