looking to get a lumia 640

I'm looking to get a windows phone should be pretty cheap now?
will the 640 do the job I see it has 1GB of ram? and 8 GB storage?
will that be slow I'm with ATT. or should I look at the 930 unlock
that has 32 GB oh and will it get windows 10 on either.

Given a choice between those two, it would be a very good idea to choose the Nokia Lumia 930 over the weak 640.

The 930 will probably handle W10M better. However with the 930 on ATT, I believe you will have HSPA+ speeds and not LTE so please be noted of that.

Hey @ep1 I've got a 640 I picked up from bunky and it runs w10 just fine.

Not the fastest device with it but for the day to day stuff it's alright.

Could maybe send it down to you at some point if you're interested in trying it out.

@ep1 640 is a useful phone if you aren't doing heavy usage stuff like heavy games and office. I've used mine for more than 2 years and still does all my emails and pics and night photography easily.

Plus the added benefit of having a cheaper phone is that if it drops or gets pickpocketed you don't feel the 'pinch' as much. I had a lumia 520 which was snatched, and am thankful I didn't buy a Lumia 920.
