Love the 1020, but having an issue with speaker quality during calls

Hi, I am quite happy with this phone but there is a small bug for which I hope there is an easy fix. There is a soft sound that I hear when I am talking with someone, sort of like a light crackling. It usually comes at the end of their sentence, and does not happen when I plug in a headphone. Is there any chance this is fixable? Thanks!

No, brand new so I can't imagine it would be that. Could this be some sort of noise reduction glitch?

It does appear that it is a glitch with this phone but I'm quite happy to say that I found another thread here and turning on "Telecoil" in ease of access fixed the issue!

I believe I am having trouble with translation since mine is running in Portuguese. I see the size of the text, contrast, magnify glass and something name TTY/TDD... Any of these is the Telecoil?
