Low cost windows phone for Verizon

Does anyone know of a low cost windows phone that works on Verizon? Something like the 520 or 635.

The Lumia 822 can be a great option if you can pick it up used or refurbished.
The Samsung ATIV Odyssey was a budget model, but I wouldn't really recommend it unless there was an insane deal to be had.

You can probably fine a 928 for a decent price online too.

HTC 8X and Lumia 822 can be had on eBay for about $70 to $80 in almost like new condition. There might be a Verizon HTC 8X available later this week or next week with me for sale if you are interested.
