Low res photo

Hi all!
Everyone wants to take great pictures with the best quality and a deep pixel density.
I want to do the opposite. I need a low res shot of my car for a forum avatar pic that cannot exceed 640x620 and 950kb. I for the life of me cannot figure out how to get my 928 Nokia lenses to do this. I have all the Nokia apps I think and I have not found a way to do what I want. I am also not into photo editing, I am even less than a newb in that category.

Any ideas anyone? And what app to use with what settings?

Why not just resize in PhotoShop. If you don't have it you can email me the photo and I can do it for you. Pm me if you would like some help

I think you can resize in Fhotoroom, but... ^^ PhotoShop sounds good.

Ya the advantage of PS is you can resize but also adjust compression to fit needs of forum.
