Low Storage mesasge

While my phone has been on 0% for last 10 or so hours I am getting the following message:

Any idea what's going on?

I had that, too, while trying to update to .29. I did a soft reset and then the .29 upgrade finally loaded.

After resetting my router I got 6 % and it's not going again.

I meant soft reset on my phone. Did u do that?

I think it has something to do with the update..eventually got an update notification..phone was running warm, and eating up battery all day..the update explained it..would be nice to get a notification that the phone is downloading updates in the background. Finally running. .29
