Lumia 1320 Prototype ok to update firmware?

Is the prototype Lumia 1320 upgradable to retail Lumia 1320 8.1 firmware? Windows 10?

Prototype devices are usually locked down, so IMO I would say no.
Does the Windows Device Recovery Tool detect the phone and find any updates?
The official Lumia 1320 isn't supported for Windows 10 mobile and has been dropped from the Windows Insider program.
