Lumia 1520 Cyan update on MVNO's

I've downgraded and then updated to Windows Phone 8.1/Lumia Cyan... I have a Lumia 1520 running on StraightTalk... Mobile data is not working nor MMS... The ability to change your APN's has been taken away by Lumia Cyan and replaced with an Access Point app in the settings that doesn't work (force closes when pressed) nor its it able to be updated via System app pusher or uninstalled/reinstalled because it is in the settings menu... Automatic access point? I don't think that Microsoft/Nokia thought this through! There should always be an ability to edit/change the APN info... This is a common issue with setting up internet/MMS on an MVNO...I suspect that NET10, H2O, or any other MVNO will have the same issue... Anyone solve this problem... Let me know... Thanks
