Lumia 1520 Focus button not working! :(

Hey, everyone, created an account her in desperation for some answers.
So just yesterday, the focus button on my 1520 stopped working, when in the camera if i use the hard button to focus nothing happens touching the screen works so the focus is fine. Also if i take the picture using the camera button pressed all the way down it continually takes pictures until I quit the camera! On flashlight apps which use the camera button thing seem fine, I was convinced it was software but I've factory reseted the phone this morning but to no avail

Any ideas what could be wrong? :unhappy:

This will erase all the data on your lumia 1520 , so backup all your data before proceeding :smile:

Try a soft reset first before you do a hard reset.

Well it seems now as though it could be hardware, because the button is now working again, I entered the bracketing settings and left without change tried the button and that's when it worked!, let's hope it stays that way!

Just to let peole in future who may read this know, i now know it is hardware, because if i shake the phone it will start to work for a while, I cant understand what the issue is that it works on and off tho!
