Lumia 1520 - Photo resolution won't go above 1920x1080?

I'm running build 10581 on my AT&T Lumia 1520, and every picture I take has a resolution of 1920x1080. I verified that the settings in the camera app have the 16MP option selected. Is there something else I need to do to get full resolution photos?

Weird. I have 10581 on my L1520 as well, and I'm getting 5k*3k photos (16Mpx). So...try setting it back to a lower resolution, taking a picture, then switching back to 16mpx.

Thanks - I just tried it and same thing. However, then I noticed that the file name on the phone had 'rich' in it, and that Rich Capture was turned on. Turning that off yielded the full resolution again. Thanks again.

Cool, glad you solved it. BTW I also don't use rich capture, I don't like it that much, and it's bringing more problems than goods.
