lumia 1520 RM-937 or 1520.3 RM-938

Haven't seen any comparisons between 1520 RM-937 and 1520.3 RM-938

What differences apart from no LTE bands in US?
1. Does 1520.3 have updated hw fix(es)?
2. Any other differences from that add up to price difference?

The difference (I think) is only 4G frequency range, i.e. 938 is for US, 937 is the international version.

Thanks. I wanted to know what the .3 means since I've seen .1 but no references for the RM-937
