Lumia 1520 seems to be around 700 euros

Nokia's Nstore in Italy got pre-orders ready for Lumia 1520, for 699.90€.

So it seems like Nokia's suggested price at least around Europe will be same as Note 3 launch price. We will probably see some shops selling it slightly less than that 700 euros. Haven't seen any German sites with Lumia 1520 pre-order page just yet.

IMO, thats too much. Also havent Nokia said it will be ~550€? I know its a pre-order and all that, but paying 700€ for a phone (which to be honest isn't THAT special) is too much.

I hope you are not converting those dollar prices to €? Are you from euro country?
Lumia 920 was 599 euros on launch. Flagship phablets in general sell above 600 euros. Note 3 had suggested price of 699 euros on launch.

I don't know Italian either, but you can use google translate for example. I very much doubt they do accept international orders and if you are from major European country, I doubt you will be getting it any faster from them.
