LUMIA 520 do not want turn on after downgrade with microsoft recovery tools

help me please, i get my phone do not want turn on , and when i press power button nothing happen. it's just happen after i downgrade my phone from Windows 10 for phone TP with windows recovery tool, after download 1,56 GB i just get my phone's screen with RED screen and "NOKIA".

anyone know the problem and how to solve?
or i must buy another lumia again?

The red screen with big nokia logo is the process of flashing your phone, don't unplug your phone, it might takes about 15-30 minute. Hi , even NSUR is not detecting my phone lumia 1320 , when it is connected to my PC using USB cable. Not even responding to volume down and power button (nothing vibrates)
