Lumia 520 W10 preview. Not able to download any other language pack

Hello, recently I installed the latest build of Windows 10 Technical preview for phone.

And I tried to install the new language pack "English-United States", it prompted me to download language pack around 22MB and to restart the device.

After restart the device, it still showing "Preparing download" nothing happens. Any idea?
