I bought a new lumia 520, have a question , how to enable light in windows button and back button ( i mean that enabling light in below task bar )

I bought a new lumia 520, have a question , how to enable light in windows button and back button ( i mean that enabling light in below task bar )

the 520 doesn't have a light in the buttons.

This is not a feature. Only your higher end Windows phones typically come with this option. It is left out for keeping the phone cost low and I would imagine battery life to an extent.
