Last night I charged my phone, and I know that it charged because I checked in the morning. Then during the day, my phone said that it was out of battery and I couldn't turn it on. I thought it was a battery problem so when I got home, I replaced my battery with my dad's battery (we have the same phone) and my phone turned on but his also tuned on meaning that it wasn't a battery problem. Later, my phone was having the same issue. I tried soft resetting and hard resetting it, but both just said the my phone was out of battery each time. Also, my phone will only show the no battery screen when it is plugged in. Has anyone else had a problem like this?

Welcome to WPC!

This might be the loose battery problem with a certain few 521's.
One one our 521 phones did this when new.
I removed the battery and pushed slightly on the gold contacts with my thumb.

Some users fold a piece of paper and place that under the battery to help keep contact also.
Hoping you can get this resolved.
Good luck!

I was already aware of this before, but I did not have a piece of paper in my battery at that time. I put in another put unfortunately it still doesn't work. Any other ideas?
