Lumia 530 Sad Face on Windows 10 Update

After resetting my phone went to install the latest Windows 10 Insider Preview Build on my Lumia 530.
About 10 minutes into the update, the rotating cogs animation stopped and was replaced with a ':-('. I don't know why I ran into problems considering I'd just reset the device.

Now the phone is stuck in a boot loop and i'm sure how to proceed. Is there a built in software recovery on the phone or do I need to use the Windows Recovery Tool? I've never had issues with preview builds before.

Try the WSRT program on your computer, you can try reinstalling the TP after putting your phone back on 8.1 if you want to see if It installs the second time
