Lumia 532 DS dropped in the toilet, turns on but the screen is not working

Hey, I dropped my phone in the toilet yesterday. I put it in a towel and let it dry over night and didn't try to turn it on. This morning the phone was working perfectly, all the data was there, the battery charged, so I thought I'm outta trouble but now the screen is suddenly not working. I tried to reboot it and it turns on, just the screen's not answering. Is there anything I can do or is it destroyed forever? Thanks for answers, I don't understand phones at all so I have no idea what should I do.

EDIT: I let it dry a few more hours and tried to turn it on. This time the screen worked just so I could write my password but then stopped working again. Btw the time and date were actually right so that's new too. Tried it for the 2nd time and screen didn't work, date and time were wrong again. I'm going to let it dry for a little bit longer, maybe in rice?
