The 059W6M9 RM-1090 VAR IMEA 4Y CV package (contains, among other, 000-LK) is the good package for you. You can retry with Windows Device Recovery Tool (WDRT), it should works now (Azure repository servers issue was fixed), or you can use my tutorial to download and install it.
