Lumia 550 How do I show the incoming contact when they call me

when I have an incoming call from a contact it just says 'private'. hoe do i display their name?

Incoming calls should show the name/number as default, there isn't any settings that needs to be enabled. Check with your carrier, they might be able to assist. If not then try setting up your SIM after performing a hard-reset (a.k.a. factory reset).
