Lumia 550 Reset

Hello Windows users.
I'm new to windows 10 mobile. The problem is that, when I made a hard reset on my Lumia 550, the Settings app was lost and other apps as well. What to do now ? I'm soo confused :3

Swipe down from the top of your screen to pull down the action center > tap and hold on "all settings" > did it open?

I says that the app must be installed in store.
I opened store and store app can't be even updated

Download the windows devices recovery tool (google/bing it) and install on your PC/laptop > use it to reset the phone.

This reset will take you to the OS version the phone had when you first turned it on.

Settings app is tied to the OS so there isn't any other way (afaik) to download it

I have been using this phone, one irritating problem is that phone memory space is not enough for software update, tell me guys how to free of space, i have tried all the possible ways.

What's the biggest app installed? Check in Storage -> Device -> App -> Show per use

On my 640 xl it's hard to free of space and there is no additional apps

And I don't know why but system memory is exceeding 6.5 Gb of space and apps are only of 700mb

Go to Temp files in Device and try deleting them, it will tike a little

There are some o.s. old instalaltion files stored, I fear only way is a hard reset with backup

Your last option should have been the first the only way to actually bring an "bloated" system back down is to hard reset..

Thought this issue was fixed tho...
