I am using class 4 memory card . If I change it to class 10 can it improve anything in my phone..?

I did the same and perfonmance are better now.

With official 8.1 the start screen lags that i had before were almost removed.
Then i put the DP and here i still have some lags but better than before.

Yes it Will ! !!
I had before a class 4.
I saved pictures and video on this SD.
Even when I took a short video it took several seconds before the video was stored. When I changed to a class 10 there was no lagging at all.
Also for pictures a took a second or more to store compared with a class 10. Probably similar lagging will occur with games on class 4 cards.
Also if you copy files from your PC to the phone will take 2 or 3 times longer.
