Here I was, hoping for the death of 512MB RAM and 8GB devices...

Yeah, I really don't understand. You can cut that processor down to 1ghz Nokia but please make the ram 1gb for all devices. 1ghz is really powerful enough to run the OS but that 512MB of RAM sure is a big limitation to run apps especially for multitasking. I am saying here because 512mb will have more apps resuming that is really frustrating even you just opening two apps. Once it's 1gb, the multitasking is a beast.

No front camera and no LED flash in these days of selfies and video chats is an absolute deal breaker.

That's assuming everyone whose tech savvy, is a selfie addict. Not a deal breaker for most people.

I've just got myself a brand new 630 after a year of using 520 and I already like it a lot. I don't take selfies and I've never even once in my life made a video call... So yeah... The only con for me on this device would be absence of led flash, but for the price I really can't complain. :)
