Imported a Lumia 640 dualsim 3G with product code 059X159: RM-1077 VAR EURO DE CV to Sweden. Working nice with Swedish operators.

Hard reset without simcards and all updates in 8.1 are done.
Windows 10 upgrade advisor tells me they are waiting for my phone operator and phone manufactur to realease the update.

1. Who to contact to speed this update?
2. Anybody knows anything about this update to arrive?
