Lumia 640 lte my speaker stop working and my volume down key don't appear. What can I do?

Lumia 640 lte my speaker stop working! and my volume down key don't appear.

If I have an income call I can't answer and I can't be heard. I try the hard restart and nothing. All other app it's working(FB,internet,games,emails...) but I have no sound.I try to listen music on headphones and still no sound.I buy the phone 3 month ago, before of this I have a Nokia 520 and I haven't any problems with .
Please help me!!! I don't know what I must do anymore! ( and please excuse my English).

Is your phone covered by a Warranty? If a Hard Reset didn't fix the problem, you might have to use warranty coverage if you have any.

If you are in the USA, since the phone hasn't been released more than a year, you should still be under warranty. Of course, water damage or noticeable physical damage (i.e. cracked housing or screen, electronic and hardware hacks or mods) will void any warranty. Warranty coverage in other countries may vary.
