Lumia 640 problem with ie

Hello.

My device: Microsoft Lumia 640 -windows 8.1
I have a problem with Internet Explorer. Each page that I open immediately after loading redirects to the website: abc.apportium.com, and then ilovemobile.com. Then you can not go back, "Undo" button is not working.
I tried all the settings in internet explorer and I restored the phone to factory settings. Nothing help.
Is it possible that this virus? or it could have an impact settings microsoft my account?

Seems your wireless router could be hacked. Reset WiFi router to factory settings and it should solve the issues.

On phone delete your browser history, cashed files, etc.

Scan home PC for virus/malware, check PC browser for installed addons and delete them...
