Lumia 640 Skype does not call or search

Lumia 640 phone, auto-updated to Windows 10 quite some time ago. Skype used for a while now.

From some time a month or two ago, Skype stoped making any phone calls despite availability of money on the account. And now I find that it also can not find any users. And if a user that is not a contact tries writing to it, it does not receive the message.

However, messaging with existing contacts works normally.

What can I try to fix this stuff?

Can't help. I do not use Phone Calls. Only Skype calls and Skype messaging. And everything works perfect.

Did You try App Reset?
