It expected to have
Snapdragon quadcore 400 processer
1 gb ram
8 gb internal memory
8 mp rear and 0.9 mp front camera
720p resolution
And expected to be priced around 270usd

That's almost identical to the 830 and is exactly the same as the leaked specs of a rumuored cheap 830 about 2 months ago.
But MS is really behind the curve now if they plan to release a SD 400 phone in 2015...
If its priced at about $150 it will still sell well though.

Whoa it's a bit pricey, hope MS will release soon a more budget friendly W10 Phone other than 640, I'd like to have pre-installed W10 other than upgrade it myself (on my Lumia 530)
