lumia 640 xl stuck in boot loop

[Windows Central Question]

I turned my phone off (normal) and when I tried to turn it back on it appears "microsoft", then the windows logo and again microsoft and so on. I have the urge to throw it off the window so please help. (I removed the battery and tried on and off and charge and nothing changes)

What device do you have? Have you tried resetting it using WDRT and a PC?
